Sebina’s Beauty Tips
Focus on the eyes.
Try a black kohl liner to enhance the eyes and lift up the lashes – my faves include the Pat McGrath eyeliner and Victoria Beckham kohl liners. You can also use kohl eyeliners for the top of the eyes – they are much easier and cleaner to use than liquid liners and create the same effect!
FTC tip: Consider an eyeliner with a hint of shimmer to make your eyes look more awake. You can also curl your eyelashes before applying mascara to help open up your eyes!
Erase dark circles.
Under eye bags are the biggest evidence of a sleepless night, so cover them up. A creamy colour corrector like the Estée Lauder double wear and then a brighter Concealer on top such as Lancôme teint idole work perfectly to cover them. I also love the Laura Mercier translucent setting powder to keep all that in place.
FTC tip: A good colour corrector and concealer is a new mum’s best friend and a must-have in your makeup bag!
A bold lip.
You can never go wrong with a bold lip – a bright red or a deep brown work perfectly for the party season. I love to finish mine off with some gloss such as the Dior lip maximiser.
FTC tip: A glossy red lip and barely-there makeup is the most effortless way to make a statement. Or, try pairing a bold lip with a smokey eye – just be sure to keep the rest of your makeup simple and glowy.
