HOW TO USE 

Steep 1 teabag in 1 litre of freshly boiled water and cover for 10-15 minutes. Remove the bag and enjoy 2-3 cups throughout the day, warm or cold. Consume the brew within 12 hours. To enjoy the full benefits of the Herbata ritual, drink 3-4 days per week. For best results, drink for 2 consecutive weeks followed by one week off.

Continue the cycle (2 weeks on, one week off) for 6 weeks total after birth during the most intensive hormonal drop.
